Not all things are equal. I have used my 40 years in construction to learn and improve every day. In doing so I have participated at all levels to build a general contracting, construction management business that carries on without me today.
I have earned my new adventure that merges with my passion of construction while living a holistic mindful life. Not that I was not before, but it took 40 years to figure it out.
I represent The Project as a whole, bringing the clients Project needs front and center, bringing and working with the stakeholders with expertise to design and build the best Project every time. These Projects range from very unique substantial residential and commercial Projects to straight forward unique and quaint Projects. My experience has allowed me to plan for the best results, this has provided me with the ability and passion to solve many technical and situational failings that others could not resolve.
The success of any Project follows Pareto’s 80/20 Principal, meaning in the case of any successful Project, 80% of The Project is in the planning, 20% follow through execution of the plan. That starts right at conception, picking the people and culture, to developing The Project design, construction and building lifetime performance plan. Large or small this is how we do our work.
