My career has been, and is full of doing what I like to do, build. I have been involved building a wonderful general contracting and construction management business over the first 40 years of my career.
I am now doing the same thing in a different way. Its not completely about the business steering me, although I need the business to support my efforts, it’s more me steering The Project through fun builds with fun people building great new residential and commercial, and renovation Projects. Project success is driven by great relationships by people who care about what they do.
As I focus more on doing less Projects these days, but Projects that fit me, while building towards what is helpful and meaningful to clients, I also mentor contractors, subcontractors or other disciplines of construction towards building their business to not consume their lives, but to enhance their lives. The one thing you cannot live without is your health, and learning to build and run a successful business is not just about money, it’s about doing so while being healthy, wealthy and wise, so you can serve others in the greatest possible way.
I am here to help you and your Project. There is a different feeling when you help and serve others accomplish their dream Project or building their business. Helping their business development using a mindful approach to business structure, culture, the digital construction and design process of today, drives Projects to success. This is needed in every Project or business, and is what allows you to build your business for success and a healthy lifestyle.
